Hey there! My name is Sam, and I call myself a ‘Mathlete’.

Why, you ask? Because I’m admittedly, very possibly, the most uncoordinated person you’ll ever meet. The guy in that picture over there… that’s Aaron. He’s pretty freaking awesome because he took me from Mathlete to Athlete in just 10 days! ….Just kidding. That’s absolutely false. I’m still fairly uncoordinated. BUT, he did give me the confidence I needed to develop a fitness routine that incorporated strength, cardio and a ton of other training styles that made me feel pretty sportsy.

I started as a Mathlete who struggled for the motivation to get on an elliptical to a Mathlete who feels like a badass lady boss at the gym.

But let’s get back to you. This site was made for you, my fellow Mathlete! Aaron and I have put together his best tips, tricks and advice so that you can incorporate his training into your own fitness routine for every. single. workout!
